Made-to-Order Items

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Size changes
  • Incorrect sizing chosen at checkout

We provide detailed size charts on all hoodie and t-shirt product pages to help you choose the correct size before placing your order. Please review these carefully prior to purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once verified, a replacement will be issued.

Lost Packages

For packages marked as lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement.
