Order Processing

All items are made to order.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping
  • Processing times may increase during high-volume periods or product launches
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Shipping Times

Shipping times are:
3–5 days for USA customers
9–14 days for international customers

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and item

Eligible claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
